Privacy Notice

WHAT WE COLLECT 

When you enroll on a Little Lemons training course we only collect your full legal name and email address. We do not collect your address, identification numbers, or any health information.  Please give your name exactly as it appears on your QABA account - a mismatch will delay your credentialing. 

WHY WE COLLECT IT 

To enroll you, record your progress, and assessment results, issue your certificate of completion, and meet the record-keeping obligations QABA places on approved coursework providers. 

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH 

Your name, progress record, and assessment results may be shared with the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA), located in the United States, for the purpose of certifying your coursework and in response to QABA's audits of approved providers. We also use a learning platform provider to host the course. They process your data on our instructions and for no other purpose.  We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing. 

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT 

Course records are retained for three years, as QABA requires of approved coursework providers. 

YOUR RIGHTS 

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once our retention obligations have ended. Email info@little-lemons.com.

Little Lemons Limited is the data controller for training course records. This notice covers training courses only. Clinical services are provided separately by Little Lemons Behavioural Consultancy under its own privacy notice.
